Encryption your clients never have to think about, access controls a reviewer can verify, and a record of everything that happened.
Encrypted before it lands
The moment a file reaches us, it's scrambled into something unreadable — including to us. If anything in storage were ever exposed, there would be nothing readable inside it.
Private, expiring links
Each client's link works for them alone, expires after 14 days by default, and can be shut off instantly. It only ever accepts uploads — it can't be used to view anyone's files.
Your workspace, and only your workspace
Every document belongs to one workspace. There's no way for another practice using Sealio to see or reach your clients' files, and an unrecognized request is refused automatically.
Every decision on the record
Every upload, every automated decision, every reminder is written to a permanent record you can't edit or delete — so you can show exactly why a document was accepted, not just that it was.
Built to resist abuse
Uploads are checked for what they actually are, not just their file name, capped in size, and rate-limited so a link can't be spammed or scraped. Every connection is encrypted end to end.
No single point of failure
The systems that protect your documents are kept separate from each other by design, so a problem in one place can't expose everything else.
Running Sealio takes a small number of specialized services. Each one only ever sees the minimum it needs to do its one job — never your documents in the clear, and never more than that one job requires.
Hosting
Runs the application itself.
Encrypted storage
Holds your files — only ever as scrambled, unreadable data, never as the original document.
Automated document checks
Reads an upload just long enough to check it against your checklist, and never uses it to train a model.
Reminder emails
Sends the reminder you trigger, with only a client's name, email, and what's still missing.
Abuse prevention
Sees hashed request identifiers to stop abuse — never document contents.
Report a vulnerability or ask a security question: office@sealio.ca. See also the Privacy Policy.
Try it free, upload a document from the client side, then open the activity log to see every decision recorded.
